So you’ve recently seen your
body in a reflection and you don’t like the way you look. Other than your
appearance, you’ve got other things to worry about when it comes to your
weight. Things like your overall health condition which may include your heart,
cholesterol and blood pressure.
When you start to lose
weight, do it for your health and for the fact that you are trying to live
longer as well as not to be a burden to your family members when your health start to deteriorate due to you being
overweight. Sure your body image is a great motivator, but you have to do it
because you value yourself enough to take care of your body.
