Just because you are on a diet, that doesn’t
mean the kids have to eat the same foods as you. Remember, when you’re on a diet, the rest of your family doesn't have to suffer. Besides you're the one that is fat, not them.
The challenge might be if you’re in the cook in the
family and are in charge of making dinner, rather than getting tempted by the
food you make. Have one of your children taste test what your preparing to
ensure that the flavors are right. This saves you from taking in excess
calories. Besides, having your kids taste test the food will ensure you are
making just right to their liking.
