Stuck?

You've been losing weight for a few weeks now, but you've noticed that you haven't lost or gained any more weight. Its as if you were stuck. What do you do? Change up your habits. The body has a funny way of doing things to where it gets adapted to it's environment. So if you've been dieting for a while, it gets accustomed to your caloric intake. But there is one thing you can do. How about you start eliminating breads from your diet? Did you know one slice of bread can be as much as 90 calories per serving? Just imagine if you eat a few slices of bread and how that would add up by the end of the week.
If you need to have bread, try eating just one. If you do that, not only are you saving calories from 2 slices, but your sandwich will also be smaller. By doing this you’re saving yourself the trouble of taking in empty calories and ruining your diet.
